Chinese companies seek to buy American campuses

Plenty, argue faculty members, donors and alumni who oppose Rider University’s plans to sell the Westminster Choir College in Princeton, N.J., to the company now known as Beijing Kaiwen Education Technology Company.

The most recent of several suits seeking to block the sale was filed last month on behalf of members of the Westminster Foundation, a group of alumni, donors and faculty.
