Undocumented immigrants poised to again receive in-state tuition in Missouri

St Louis Post-Dispatch: Four years after the Legislature directed public colleges and universities to charge undocumented immigrants’ out-of-state or international tuition rates, lawmakers reversed course Tuesday.

Lawmakers agreed to allow state-funded schools to charge undocumented immigrants living in Missouri in-state tuition. But the schools will still not be allowed to award scholarships to the students.
