Who Is Sylvia Burwell, HHS Secretary Sebelius's Expected Replacement?
The Wall Street Journal (online registration required): Sylvia Mathews Burwell, President Barack Obama's expected choice to run the Department of Health and Human Services, has spent months as budget director trying to slowly repair frayed relations between the White House and congressional Republicans on tax and spending policy.
Her efforts will be now put to the test as she tries to win Senate confirmation and continue the White House's implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
