Analysis | Who gets sent home when the government shuts down
The Washington Post: Congress failed to pass a spending bill Friday, causing the government to shut down at midnight. Many federal workers will stay home, but the burden does not fall evenly across departments. Here are the percentages of workers who are furloughed at Cabinet-level departments and the EPA, according to contingency plans released between September 2015 and January 2018.
