Premium pay waivers to continue for Iraq-based feds
Federal Times: Civilian employees working in Iraq will continue to be eligible for premium pay cap waivers until Dec. 31, 2018, due to President Donald Trump’s recent notice continuing the national emergency designation for the country.
“As a result of this notice, agency heads may continue to apply — through the end of 2018 — a special premium pay cap waiver authority for eligible civilian employees working in Iraq based upon the national emergency.
