VA switch to Cerner EHR too big an opportunity not to get right, Secretary Shulkin says

And three months ago, Shulkin hit pause on contract negotiations with Cerner because he was "concerned that way we were approaching this interoperability, the way that the industry was approaching this, was not going to get us where we needed to go.”
