The Washington Post: More than two dozen projects across 15 federal agencies have been tagged as the highest-risk federal information technology projects, meaning the Office of Management and Budget and agency chief information officers will be giving them a close look as they develop 2012 budget plans.
Vivek Kundra, the federal CIO, avoided calling the programs high-risk or troubled during a conference call with reporters last week. Instead, he stressed that the government will prioritize the programs and make them work.
