HHS seeks input on clinical-outcomes database

Modern Healthcare (online registration required): HHS is soliciting comments for how the agency might best develop a national comparative-effectiveness research database, according to a July 19 Federal Register notice.

Establishing the database is among the priorities that HHS said it would tackle using funds from a $400 million federal stimulus grant provided in late 2009.
