State and Local Government IT Professionals Tired of ‘Poor User Experience’
Route Fifty: Ted Ross, the city of Los Angeles Information Technology Agency’s general manager, wasn’t alone when he told Route Fifty most government websites are “not great.” Among state and local government IT professionals, 48 percent said poor user experience posed the biggest challenge to their online services in a new Akamai Technologies survey.
