Atlanta Taps IT, Risk Management Veteran as New CISO
Government Technology: William Wade III, a veteran IT and risk management professional, has been named as Atlanta's new chief information security officer, according to a Twitter post by the Atlanta Information Management Department.
For more than five years, Wade served as a senior information security officer at VeriFone in the Atlanta region, according to his LinkedIn profile. He has also served as manager of cybersecurity at Travelport, a technology firm specializing in travel management.
