Technology to help fight crime in Delaware

NC4 provides tools for businesses and government agencies that allow for streamlined data analysis, according to the company's website.

The company has a YouTube video that shows how the Street Smart program works. It features police officers from Orlando, Florida. They say the program helped them reduce crime in the city.
