Eric Katz joins the program to talk about the ways that Veterans Affairs employees feel management has backed them up while treating coronavirus patients.

The coronavirus pandemic has affected the Department of Veterans Affairs just as it affected every other health care system and the federal government. According to many staff members nationwide, the VA is not providing staff  with adequate support or equipment while treating those with the virus.

Eric Katz's story has stories of anecdotes of not being supported by VA management during the pandemic, including inadequate leave policy and a lack of protective equipment he joined the podcast to discuss his story.
