A Maryland hospital committed a slew of labor law violations for its anti-union conduct, including unlawfully interrogating, threatening, and surveilling workers related to their union activity, the National Labor Relations Board ruled.

A panel of the NLRB’s three Republican members upheld an administrative law judge’s 2017 ruling against Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland, in a ruling issued Friday. The case involves the hospital’s conduct during a union organizing campaign by National Nurses United.
