Trump officials must comply with Presidential Records Act, says senator

Federal Times: White House Counsel Donald McGahn has been requested to produce evidence that senior Trump administration officials are complying with the Presidential Records Act.

In a letter sent to McGahn on Jan. 30, 2017, Sen. Tom Carper, D-Del., expressed concerns that at least the counselor to the president, White House press secretary, chief strategist and senior counselor, and a senior adviser to the president are reported to have used accounts on a private Republican National Committee email system while serving in official capacities.
