F.C.C. Chairman Says Agency Will Not Rush Net Neutrality Rules

The New York Times: WASHINGTON – The chairman of the Federal Communications Commission said on Friday that the agency was taking its time formulating a net neutrality policy because he wanted to be able to defend the rules against an inevitable court challenge, which he expects whatever policy the commission approves.
