How Does Arizona Government Address Information Security?
Government Technology: Back on March 1, 2018, Arizona Governor Doug Ducey issued an Executive Order to create the Arizona Cybersecurity Team (ACT). This diverse group of experts from state, local, and federal government, the private sector, and higher education to work together to protect Arizonans from these cyberattacks.
In the government press release announcing the new executive order, you will find these words: "We must think outside the box, and work together with the public and private sector,” said Mike Lettman, State of Arizona Chief Information Security Officer. “The ACT team puts us in the right direction to accomplish just that.”
