Scott Walker signs lame-duck legislation without vetoes curbing his Democratic successor's power

Journal Sentinel: As his last major act in office, Gov. Scott Walker signed legislation Friday that scales back the authority of his successor, diminishes the power of the incoming Democratic attorney general and limits early voting.

Though Walker earlier had said he would likely veto parts of the legislation passed during a lame-duck session last week, he approved them in whole.
