Report: Schools Making Slow, Steady Technological Progress

THE Journal: Educational institutions in K-12 and higher ed are making slow but steady progress toward instructional and operational goals, including improved use of individual student data, through use of technology, according to a new report from the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA).
