Secretary Johnson designates Acting Director of the U.S. Secret Service

Government Security News: Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson Monday designated Joseph P. Clancy to serve as Acting Director of the U.S. Secret Service. Johnson appointed Clancy, a 27-year veteran of the Service, and former Special Agent in Charge of the Presidential Protective Division, as Acting Director following the resignation of Julia Pierson.
