GSA to build State Department 'Diplomacy Center'

Federal Times: The General Services Administration will be in charge of building the State Department’s planned U.S. Diplomacy Center, according to an agency announcement.

The agencies signed a $25 million contract for the combined museum and education center devoted to American diplomacy, funded entirely by private donations.
