NOAA awards $9.9M cybersecurity support contract
Federal Times: The Department of Commerce awarded a $9.9 million sole-source award to cybersecurity firm Sevatec on Sept. 9, stating the company is the only one able to provide critical support to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's cyber centers.
The NCSC is made up of several cybersecurity divisions, including the NOAA Computer Incident Response Team (N-CIRT), Enterprise Security Solutions, the Security Operations Center and five Trusted Internet Connection Access Points spread across the U.S.
