Volkswagen Disputes Allegations It Was Tardy in Disclosing News on Scandal
The Wall Street Journal (online registration required): BERLIN—Volkswagen AG filed a statement with a German district court Tuesday rejecting allegations that the company failed to inform financial markets in a timely manner about potential liabilities from its emissions-cheating affair and published new details about when former Chief Executive Martin Winterkorn became aware of the fraud.
