House panel asks Obama to take energy steps with Mexico, Canada
Oil and Gas Journal (online registration required): Implementing the Trans-Border Hydrocarbons Agreement (TBHA) with Mexico should be as high a priority for the administration of US President Barack Obama as issuing a final decision on a cross-border permit for the proposed Keystone XL crude oil pipeline from Canada, members of a US House Foreign Affairs Committee subcommittee asserted.
