U.S. and 170 other nations sign historic climate agreement

The Washington Post (online registration required): Secretary of State John F. Kerry joined the leaders of 170 nations Friday morning in signing an agreement to lower greenhouse gas emissions as part of a global effort to ward off potentially catastrophic impacts of climate change.
