Parson moving Medicaid expansion vote to August

St. Louis Post-Dispatch: Missouri voters will be asked if they want to expand Medicaid eligibility when they go to the polls in August.

In a decision Tuesday, Republican Gov. Mike Parson moved the referendum from the November general election to the lower-turnout primary, drawing criticism from his likely opponent.
