Rhode Island Gov.: Tracing App to Balance Efficacy, Privacy

Government Technology: As Rhode Island looks to reopen, the government's ambitious COVID-19 contact tracing app has raised concerns about privacy and civil liberty implications, but Gov. Gina Raimondo says privacy is a key part of the project's design.
