Sequester Would Furlough TSA Screeners, Cut Disaster Relief Funds, Report Says

Homeland Security Today: The $85 billion sequester for fiscal year 2013 due to hit the federal government on March 1 would harm transportation security, maritime security and disaster relief efforts, among others, at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), according to a report released by Democrats on the House Committee on Appropriations Thursday.
