Energy seeks new contractor for national lab
Federal Times: The Energy Department issued a request for proposals March 20 for the selection of a contractor to manage its Brookhaven National Laboratory.
The five-year, $3.25 billion contract, would begin Jan.5, 2015. The laboratory conducts nuclear and high-energy physics experiments and is visited by about 4,000 scientists a year.
