Obama's point man on greening the government

USA Today: WASHINGTON — Saying the federal government should "lead by example," President Obama has ordered federal agencies to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions by 28% by 2020. The man he put in charge of that effort a year ago is Jonathan Powers, a 34-year-old Gulf War veteran.
