HHS to allow for the importation of certain drugs from Canada and other countries in an attempt to lower costs
Healthcare Finance: The Department of Health and Human Services on Friday announced that the Trump Administration will move forward with drug importations from other countries, promising to pass discounts onto consumers in an effort to follow through on the president's executive order on drug pricing.
HHS Chief of Staff Brian Harrison said this marks the first time in history that the federal agency has entered into the drug importation business.
