DHS Visa Security Program Lacks Measures to Determine Effectiveness
Homeland Security Today: an effort to improve the effectiveness of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Visa Security Program (VSP), the department’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG) reviewed the program and discovered that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lacks measures to accurately assess the effectiveness of the program.
