Federal judge orders USPS to reinforce 'extraordinary measures' policy for ballot delivery

USA Today: A federal judge ordered the U.S. Postal Service to remind managers Sunday they must continue to implement "extraordinary measures" to expedite the delivery of ballots ahead of the presidential election on Tuesday, according to reports.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan signed the order which required USPS to send a memo Sunday evening to processing plant managers and division directors saying the extraordinary measures "must be put in place to ensure we delivery every ballot possible by the cutoff time on Election Day," CNN reported.
