Sebelius: ‘We Didn’t Have Five Years’ to Keep Testing Site
The Wall Street Journal (online registration required): Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Tuesday that under ideal circumstances, the administration would have had more time to develop and test the online health-insurance marketplace that has been tripped up by technical troubles.
“But we didn’t have five years,” Ms. Sebelius said in an interview with CNN.
