ACA's 'no wrong door' policy: The road to horizontal integration
Government Health IT: The public dialog about the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has focused on its provisions to promote access to healthcare coverage. Sweeping reforms of the commercial insurance sector, the expansion of the Medicaid program, and the creation of the online health insurance exchanges for obtaining healthcare coverage make the ACA the most substantial expansion in health coverage since the creation of Medicare and Medicaid in 1965.
