FDA approves drug to treat MRSA

CNN: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved a new drug to treat bacterial skin infections like Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, also known as MRSA .

MRSA is caused by a strain of staph bacteria that's become resistant to most antibiotics. It's life-threatening and is often found in hospitals and other health care settings.
