GPS, Video Help Capture Fatal Chicago Bar Shooting

Government Technology: A judge on Sunday set bail at $2 million for a 17-year-old accused of fatally shooting a Florida man last month while he was wearing a GPS tracker for a juvenile gun case, according to Cook County prosecutors.

Fabian Diaz , of Franklin Park, was charged as an adult with first-degree murder in the Oct. 16 shooting outside a bar in the 7600 block of West Belmont Avenue, authorities said. He appeared before a judge during a bail hearing broadcast on YouTube.
