City, county, universities partner to create Regional Data Resource Center

Pittsburgh Business Times: Allegheny County and the City of Pittsburgh, working alongside the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, have been awarded $1.8 million from the Richard King Mellon Foundation to build a joint technology infrastructure aimed at improving the effectiveness of local government.
