ME: State moves toward more collaboration in early childhood education
Bangor Daily News: AUGUSTA, Maine — The Departments of Education and Health and Human Services have joined in an effort to improve early childhood education programs in the state despite the rejection of the concept in 2011 as part of an unsuccessful federal grant application.
