OR: Oregon 'clean fuels' program gets first airing before Legislature

Oregonian: Oregon's "clean fuels" program aired before the Legislature today, with business divided and the military lining up with environmentalists in support.

The standard would require fuel suppliers and distributors to cut the carbon in car and truck fuel 10 percent a gallon by 2025. Ethanol, biodisel, natural gas and electricity are likely beneficiaries.
