CT: Connecticut bill would allow Tesla to bypass using dealers
News and Observer: HARTFORD, CONN. — Connecticut is the latest state to consider allowing Tesla Motors to sell its electric cars directly to consumers, rather than using independent franchise dealerships that are often family-owned businesses.
